H.E.A.R.T Rescue is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Virginia’s Blue Ridge. We provide specialized care in sick stray feline kittens and feline neonates, pet adoption services, and provide education to the public on the importance of TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return).
